Dr. Ronald Charity, an award-winning cosmetic dentist, and Dr. Ryann Burnett, a local graduate passionate about sports-related outreach, lead our team. We combine advanced dental care with a commitment to serving our community, ensuring top-quality treatment and a personalized experience for every patient.

Dr. Charity Offers Top-Tier Cosmetic Dentistry

Dr. Charity received his dental degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1992. After dental school he went to Columbia, SC for a one-year General Practice Residency at Richland Memorial Hospital. He then moved back to Florida and spent two years providing dentistry for the underprivileged at North Florida Medical Services and eight years in private practice.

In January 2000, Dr. Charity moved to Colorado Springs, CO and purchased a dental practice there. During his 10 years of practicing in Colorado, he was a graduate of many courses at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He put his advanced cosmetic training to use as he provided smile makeovers for a number of Miss Colorado, Mrs. Colorado and Miss Teen Colorado pageant winners.

During his time in Colorado he was also awarded the America’s Top Dentist Award and also the Colorado 5280 Top Dentist Award which was voted on by his dental peers.

In 2010 Dr. Charity moved with his wife Kimberly and his two children, Halana and Caleb, to Olathe, KS. When he is not working or spending time with family, Dr. Charity serves at his church and enjoys his bow hunting passion.

Dr. Burnett Brings Passion to Our Dental Practice

Dr. Burnett grew up in Wichita, KS, where she spent years playing competitive soccer. She attended college at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she played soccer for the UMKC Roos and found her passion for dentistry. She received her Bachelor of Arts in biology and went on to earn her doctorate at UMKC School of Dentistry.

Over the last year, Dr. Burnett has been active in our community by providing free dental services to underserved children at the Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals, and Kansas City Monarchs programs through Team Smile.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Burnett enjoys participating in local running and book clubs. She can be found on the weekends at the farmer’s market or at home playing card games with her family and friends. Her favorite team to support is the KC Current women’s soccer team.
